“Be born is receiving a whole universe as a present” *

Our family is growing and proud to announce the addition of Pizza Birra. It was born yesterday in Balmain and already seem to be in a wonderful health. All the relatives were present to celebrate it under a cascade of laughings, champagne and parmesan cheese.  Yes you read correctly, because it will be raised in the Italian tradition, like the the rest of the family. And to show the right path, nothing is better than being unified between a pizza and risotto parade.

The whole story is still to be written but as a beautiful crowd was already gathered, it seems that fairy godmother definitely leaned towards the years to come.
